FAYETTEVILLE All University of Arkansas students will be admitted for no charge into the Razorbacks' basketball games Saturday.
Arkansas' men face Clemson at 1 p.m. at Bud Walton Arena, while the undefeated women host Northwestern State at 7 p.m. Students are asked to bring their UA identification cards for admission into the east entrance of the arena.
Additionally, the first 1,200 students in attendance will receive a free slice of Pizza Hut pizza and the first 2,000 students to enter the arena will be given a free scantron. Final exams begin Saturday, Dec. 14.
A winter storm blanketed Fayetteville with snow overnight, which has limited travel in the area. Conditions aren't expected to improve any time soon with temperatures forecast for below freezing until the middle of next week.
Arkansas' men are 5-2 overall heading into their game against 7-1 Clemson. The Tigers are the first team from the ACC to visit Bud Walton Arena in 12 years.
The Razorbacks' women are 9-0 following a midweek win at Kansas. Arkansas is averaging a 33-point margin of victory and received votes in this week's AP Top 25 poll.
