About 2,800 Entergy customers are without power on Saturday morning, according to the company's online outage map.

The map showed at 3:53 p.m. that 2,834 customers have power failures in their homes. Pope County residents have been most affected by the winter storms with 1,359 Entergy customers without power.

The company's spokesman Sally Graham told Arkansas Online that Entergy officials have positioned workers and resources to counties, including Pope, Marion, Helena Blytheville and Forrest City.

"We expect to have most of our [customers' power restored] by this evening that did not have power due to the storm," Graham said.
