LITTLE ROCK — Gov. Mike Beebe has two speeches planned in central Arkansas.
The governor's office says Beebe will speak at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday to the Arkansas Association of Conservation Districts Annual Meeting in North Little Rock.
Beebe is to follow by taking part in the CARTI Cancer Center Groundbreaking Ceremony at 2:00 p.m. in Little Rock.
