UA tracks horse sale to $10,000 owed state

The University of Arkansas at Fayetteville will pay more than $10,000 to the Arkansas Department of Finance and Administration after the school concluded the money wasn’t remitted for UA’s annual sale of horses and tack in 2012, university administrators said Tuesday.
