Santa at the Library

Winter and Christmas Concert

HOT SPRINGS VILLAGE — The Hot Springs Concert Band will give its annual Winter and Christmas Concert at 7 p.m. at the Woodlands Auditorium. The event is sponsored by the Kiwanis Club of the Greater Hot Springs Village and will feature a variety of music, including some audience sing-alongs. Admission is $10 per person. A Christmas Story

Craft Workshop

Kirtan Chanting and Drumming

HOT SPRINGS — Kirtan chanting and drumming, along with singing-bowl playing, will take place from 7-8:30 p.m. at Creative Life Church, 229 Bayard St. A feature of this free program is the presence of crystal singing bowls musically tuned to balance people’s chakras or energy centers. Christmas Dinner and Dance

HOT SPRINGS VILLAGE — Join the Hot Springs Village Country Two-Stepper Dance Club at 5:30 p.m. at the Coronado Community Center Ballroom for a Christmas dinner and dance. St. Paul Sweet Shoppe

MALVERN — St. Paul United Methodist Church will host its annual Holiday Sweet Shoppe from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Cookies and candies will be sold by the pound, and breads will be sold individually.

Christmas Scramble Golf Tournament

HOT SPRINGS — National Park Medical Center will present the Christmas Scramble golf tournament at 9 a.m. The event will include a player gift, breakfast, contest holes, a silent auction, an on-course lunch, a warming tent and an awards ceremony. Winter Wonderland Show and Sale

ARKADELPHIA — Winter Wonderland is now showing at the Arkadelphia Arts Center, 625 Main St. The show and sale include a wide variety of winter-themed art from local artists and holiday gift items available for purchase. Wreaths, Old World Santas, jewelry, decorator items and more have been donated with proceeds from sales to benefit the nonprofit arts center, run by the Clark County Arts and Humanities Council. Ageless Bikers Club

Merry Mixers Dance Club

HOT SPRINGS VILLAGE — The Hot Springs Village Merry Mixers dance to live music on the first and third Saturdays of every month from 7:30-10:30 p.m. at the Coronado Community Center. On the third Saturday, a lesson is held at 7 p.m. Admission is $7.50 per person for first-Saturday dances and $10 per person for third-Saturday dances. Club members get a discount for the season. Rhythmic Interactive Percussion

HOT SPRINGS — A Rhythmic Interactive Percussion musical event takes place from 5-9 p.m. every Sunday at Kenneth Adair Park, 358 Central Ave. Everyone is invited. Participation is encouraged as founder/facilitator and ensemble members pass out drums, tambourines, maracas and more to audience members.
