3 rob LR gas station at gunpoint

No one was injured in an armed robbery at a Little Rock gas station Thursday night, police said Friday.

According to a Little Rock Police Department report, three men entered the Valero at 10501 Stagecoach Road shortly after 11 p.m. armed with a black semi-automatic pistol, a shotgun and a large silver revolver. The men demanded money from the safe, but the store clerk claimed to not have a key, so he gave them an undisclosed amount of money from the registers. The clerk said he was also robbed of his wallet and cellphone, according to the report.

The robbers ordered a female customer to not enter the bathroom, but she told police they didn't rob her. A male customer told police that the robbers had asked him whether he wanted to participate in the robbery before he entered the store. When he declined, the man said, the robbers searched him for money then let him go.

The clerk saw the men flee south on Stagecoach Road in a 2001 white Dodge Ram, license plate number 327 OHT, driven by a fourth person, according to the report. A vehicle matching that description was found at 6 Nandina Drive, and police noticed a white hoodie and black semi-automatic handgun in the back seat, the report states. The vehicle was towed and processed for evidence.

The robbers were described in the report as black, standing about 5 foot 9 and weighing about 165 pounds.
