LITTLE ROCK — Members of the Little Rock Citizens Evaluation of the New Tax Committee will gather this week for their final meeting of the year.
The group will meet Wednesday at the Willie Hinton Neighborhood Resource Center.
The committee was formed to provide oversight and transparency about the revenue generated by a sales tax in the city that was approved by Little Rock voters in 2011.
Committee Co-Chairman Gary Smith says the group has found that revenue is being used appropriately.
