A wreck involving at least one 18-wheeler is causing traffic delays Wednesday morning on eastbound Interstate 30 in Saline County.
Arkansas State Police say it happened about 6 a.m. near the Arkansas 70 exit at the 111 mile marker in Saline County.
Dispatchers said only one lane was open as of 6:50 a.m. The Arkansas Online live traffic map was showing stopped traffic in the area at that time.
An official with Baptist Health MedFlight said a helicopter landed at the scene and transported one patient injured in the wreck. The helicopter had left the scene by 7 a.m.
The extent of the injuries wasn't known.
