Health culture tough sell, Clinton says

Promoting better health requires changing the culture, which is so difficult former President Bill Clinton said Thursday that he is “reluctant to get into it.” Changing an area’s culture “is like trying to turn around the Titanic just before it hit the iceberg,” Clinton said during a panel discussion that he moderated as part of a program unveiling a Clinton Health Matters Initiative for central Arkansas.
