About 1,100 Entergy customers in Arkansas are without power following thunderstorms, heavy rainfall and high winds that crossed the state Saturday.

According to the company's online outage map, 1,126 Arkansans serviced by Entergy are in the dark, as of 12:42 p.m.

Most of the outages are located in Union County, with 429 people not having electricity in their homes. Entergy officials expect to have its customers' power restored by 6 p.m. in that area.

"Our crews are working to restore power as quickly as possible," the company's website states.
