Police say a man was killed in a Tuesday afternoon shooting in Little Rock.
Little Rock Police Department spokesman Lt. Sidney Allen said multiple shots were reported near the 1500 block of Adams Street shortly after 3:30 p.m. Upon arrival, Allen said, police found a 26-year-old man lying in the road with at least one gunshot wound to the head.
The man was transported to a local hospital where he died shortly after 4 p.m., according to Allen. His identity was withheld pending notification of his family.
Allen said there was at least one shooter, but a description was not immediately available.
