A Monday morning accident involving an tractor-trailer on Cantrell Road was likely caused by light snow on the road, a Little Rock police officer said.

Little Rock Police Department officer Mark Williams said the wreck occurred about 10:50 a.m. on the Interstate 430 overpass on Cantrell Road.

Williams said a vehicle was traveling eastbound on the overpass, which had light snow accumulation on the pavement, when it slowed and started spinning. A tractor-trailer behind the vehicle braked suddenly, causing a Honda Accord to wreck into the back of the tractor-trailer near the I-430 North exit.

Williams said two passengers were in the Honda and three passengers were in the tractor-trailer, but no injuries were reported.

Traffic in the area was slow but moving as of 11:30 a.m.
