Police are searching for two men who were purportedly involved in a robbery in a west Little Rock shopping center Monday night.
Two male victims were near their vehicle in front of the DSW store at the Promenade at Chenal, 17711 Chenal Parkway, around 11:47 p.m. when they were approached by two black men, one of whom was armed with a black semi-automatic handgun, according to a Little Rock Police Department report.
The armed man approached the victims with the gun and demanded one of the victims’ cell phones and patted his pockets searching for additional items, the report states. The robber then took his wallet and reached inside the vehicle and took an unknown amount of money.
Both robbers then fled on foot through the shopping center. Officers patrolled the area but were unable to find the robbers. No arrests have been made at this time.
