Arkansas 38 lanes in Cabot to shut during work

Crews taking core samples of Arkansas 38 for research purposes will shut lanes temporarily Tuesday, Arkansas Highway and Transportation Department officials have said.
The alternating lane closures will be on Arkansas 38 near Arkansas 367 (also known as North Second Street) in Cabot. At least one lane will be open at all times, the department said.
The closures will be in effect from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tuesday, weather permitting.
