Man held in shooting that killed teen, hurt two

— Authorities have arrested a man in a shooting at a Little Rock business that left one teen dead and two others injured.

Justin Fletcher, 22, made an initial appearance Friday in Little Rock District Court on charges including first-degree murder, battery and aggravated assault. Innocent pleas were entered, and bail was set at $1 million.

Charles Robinson III, 23, and a 17-year-old whose name wasn't released are also being sought in the deadly shooting.

It happened shortly before 10 p.m. Wednesday outside the Site Store at 4203 Asher Ave.

There, police found 17-year-old girls Jasmine Simone Young and Sydney Blocker suffering from gunshot wounds and learned that a third victim, 19-year-old Kyron Richardson, had already been taken to the hospital in a private vehicle.

Young was taken to UAMS Medical Center, where she was later pronounced dead. The conditions of the other two victims were described only as non-life-threatening.

A fourth victim in the car was not hit.

Fletcher didn't speak during his brief video appearance in front of Judge Alice Lightle, but he appeared upset as he walked away just after she set the high bond.
