Stuttgart man buys $1 million lottery ticket

A Stuttgart man purchased a $1 million winning lottery ticket, the Arkansas Scholarship Lottery said Monday.

Stephen Weaver scored big with a “$1,000,000 Riches” ticket, which the lottery said he bought for $20 at the T-Ricks convenience store at 703 Main St. in Pangburn.

Stephen has told his wife, Terri, and said the winnings will be used toward retirement and investments, according to a lottery statement.
