Pork tenderloin is one of my go-to proteins. The lean meat lends itself to a variety of flavors and cooking methods — most of which take less than an hour from start to finish. The following dish was even faster. It combines thinly sliced pork tenderloin and caramelized red onions and comes together in about 30 minutes.
