Tobi Farley of Little Rock agrees with other home decor experts who advise their clients to use color fearlessly to express their personalities.

“Color is an important part of how we experience our surroundings, period,” Fairley tells writer Linda Caillouet in Saturday’s HomeStyle section. “Use color to tell the story you want to tell. it is a way to let a space say exactly what you want it to.”
