Angler's truck to dispay missing-child photos

By The Associated Press

This article was published February 14, 2013 at 7:16 a.m.

— The Morgan Nick Foundation’s Picture Them Home campaign has reached an agreement to place photos of missing children on a truck used by a pro angler in the BASS Elite Series.

The foundation is named for the daughter of Colleen Nick, whose 6-year-old vanished from an Alma ball field in 1995.

The Southwest Times Record reported that professional fisherman Casey Scanlon will display photos on his wrapped Toyota Tundra pickup.

The truck is to travel 35,000 miles throughout the country and will be seen by many large crowds at weigh-ins and elsewhere.

When missing children images were first displayed on police cars in 2008, Colleen Nick says, a child was found within hours of the launch.
