Little Rock-based Windstream Corp. has set a conference call for Tuesday morning to review the company’s fourth-quarter and full-year earnings.
The telecommunications company will release its results before the stock market opens Tuesday. Interested parties may listen to the conference call by dialing (877) 374-3977 about 10 minutes before the 7:30 a.m. start time and entering the conference ID 86395871.
A replay of the call will be available from 10:30 a.m. Tuesday until midnight March 5.

For the third quarter, Windstream reported a net income of $53.7 million, down from $78.1 million in 2011, a 31.2 percent decline. Earnings per share dropped from 15 cents in last year’s to 9 cents in the third quarter.
