The Arkansas Economic Development Commission said Beebe would join local and company leaders at 245 Quality Drive for an announcement at 10 a.m. Wednesday.
Officials described it as a "significant job creation announcement," but no other details were released.
Clinton Mayor Roger Rorie said he couldn't divulge anything about the development before the news conference.
