LITTLE ROCK The Arkansas Senate is taking Thursday and Friday off as a winter storm is moving into the state.
The Senate on Wednesday voted to recess until Monday to give lawmakers time to return home before the worst of the weather hits.
The Senate traditionally does not meet on Fridays for most of the legislative session.
A House spokeswoman said the chamber planned to meet for the rest of the week.

Good. They were not doing anything but passing laws like making human trafficking illegal. I thought human trafficking was already illegal. Arkansa already had a humantrafficking law on the books since 1995 and not one person has been charged with that type of crime. See, they are so smart.
