Police identify suspect in Friday bank robbery

— Little Rock police have identified a suspect in connection with a Friday robbery of a Simmons First Bank in Little Rock.

Police spokesman Sgt. Cassandra Davis said in a Monday release that the department has identified the suspect as 35-year-old Isaac Evans.

According to police, Evans entered the Simmons First Bank branch at 1818 N. Taylor St. on Friday afternoon demanding money.

Evans told employees he had a gun in his pocket, although he never revealed a weapon. Police said Evans then fled on foot.

Police describe Evans as a white male, approximately 5-foot-9 and 140 pounds. Evans is wanted for aggravated robbery and theft of property, the release states.

Davis said Evans' last known address is 404 Ash St. in Conway.
