LITTLE ROCK Additional lane closures will be needed for crews clearing storm debris from U.S. 70 in Garland County, the Arkansas Highway and Transportation Department said in a Monday news release.
Officials said ice damage will cause the cleanup to continue from the Garland County line to the Martin Luther King Expressway in Hot Springs until at least March 22. The initial cleanup work began earlier this month.
The release states the clearing will occur from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on weekdays, weather permitting.
