Work to shut Arkansas 178 lanes in Marion County

Maintenance and inspection work on Bull Shoals Dam will require temporary lane closures next week on Arkansas 178, the Arkansas Highway and Transportation Department said Thursday.
The closures in Marion County will occur from noon-4 p.m. Monday and from 8 a.m. to noon Tuesday, weather permitting.
The department said the closures will be “sporadic and controlled by warning signs and flaggers.”
Department officials advise drivers to expect brief delays and exercise caution in the area.
