I-530 improvements to restrict lanes in Pine Bluff

LITTLE ROCK — Improvements being made to Interstate 530 in Pine Bluff will require a number of lane closures, an Arkansas Highway and Transportation Department news release states.
Maintenance crews will be paving a section of the interstate near the north interchange at the intersection of the Martha Mitchell Expressway. With the work, the northbound, outside lane of I-530 will be closed Monday through Jan. 11 from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., weather permitting.
From Jan. 14 to Jan. 18, the lane closure will be 24 hours a day until the work is completed.
Highway Department officials ask motorists to proceed with caution while traveling in this area.
