One dead after shooting in Pine Bluff

One person is dead after a shooting in Pine Bluff.
Pine Bluff Police Department spokesman Lt. David Price said authorities got a report of witnesses hearing gunshots near East 21st Avenue and Georgia Street at 3:30 p.m. Thursday afternoon.
Officers arrived on the scene to find a black male laying on the ground between residences at 314 and 316 East 21st Ave. Medical personnel took the man to Jefferson Regional Medical Center where he later died from his injuries.
Price identified the victim as 20-year-old Roy Haltiwanger.
Price said that a suspect has not yet been apprehended, but authorities have several leads they are working on in the case.
