LITTLE ROCK — The Lonoke County sheriff's office says a Little Rock man has been arrested in a shooting over the weekend outside Keo.
Harold Ray Moore, 20, was arrested about noon Monday by Little Rock police, authorities said.
According to a report, the Lonoke County sheriff's office responded to a call at 9:04 p.m. Saturday about a 20-year-old Little Rock woman who was shot in the leg on U.S. 165 north of Keo.
The victim said she had agreed to a date with Moore after meeting him on Facebook, and the date ended up on a farm road near U.S. 165, the report states.
Police said the victim accused Moore of assaulting her and shooting her twice in the left leg while in a parked vehicle.
The victim was treated at UAMS Medical Center in Little Rock and released.
Authorities said Moore is being held at the Lonoke County jail pending a first-degree battery charge.
