LITTLE ROCK Nearly 1,800 Entergy customers were without power in parts of Little Rock's Riverdale and Hillcrest neighborhoods early Friday morning, but an online map shows all electricity has been restored.
The utility said on its website that a downed wire was responsible for the large outage and that repairs were expected to be made by noon. The online map had all service restored before 11:20 a.m.
The power went out 11 p.m. Thursday. It wasn't clear what caused it.
This power failure came less than three weeks after a major winter storm downed trees and wires across the state, cutting power to about 90,000 Entergy customers in Little Rock.
