Arkadelphia-slayings suspect due in court

— A suspect in the deaths of two young Arkansas girls and their stepfather is due in court for arraignment.

Riakos Lizana is due to go before a judge Tuesday in Arkadelphia.

Lizana was arrested in December in the deaths of 4-year-old Marley Crutchfield, 6-year-old Adiele Crutchfield and the girls’ stepfather, 40-year-old Bobby Jean Galbraith.

Police say a baby was also found unharmed at the Arkadelphia home where the bodies of the girls and their stepfather were found.

Lizana is being held at the Clark County jail without bail on three capital-murder charges.

The local public defender’s office did not respond to a phone message for comment Monday.
