— Scratch Auburn from the list of Southeastern Conference undefeated teams.

Arkansas held on for a 88-80 double-overtime win over the Tigers at Bud Walton Arena on Wednesday in a game that featured 11 ties and nine lead changes.

The Razorbacks outscored the Tigers 13-5 in the final overtime, coming away with a win in a game they led by as many as 10 points after halftime. Auburn sent the game to overtime on an Allen Payne's 3-pointer with 5.4 seconds left in regulation.

Arkansas had a chance to put the Tigers away in regulation, but Mardracus Wade missed a pair of free throws with 25 seconds remaining, leaving the door open for Payne's shot. Wade, who finished with 12 points, also missed the back end of two free throws in the final minute of the first overtime.

The Razorbacks (11-5, 2-1 SEC) struggled to hit their free throws throughout the game, connecting on only 20 of 33 attempts to allow Auburn to stay close.

In regulation, Arkansas used a 8-0 run in the closing minutes, taking the lead on a 3-pointer by Marshawn Powell with 2:41 remaining. Powell, who finished with a game-high 28 points, scored 21 after halftime.

BJ Young added 22 points for the Razorbacks, including a 3-pointer to extend the lead to 84-78 with 26.7 seconds remaining in the second overtime. Young bounced back after committing turnovers while looking for shots to end regulation and the first overtime.

Auburn trailed 37-27 early in the second half before storming back. Frankie Sullivan's 3-pointer with a little more than 11 minutes remaining in regulation gave the Tigers their first lead since the opening minutes.

Sullivan, a fifth-year senior, finished with 26 points for Auburn (8-8, 2-1).

Arkansas used a 17-0 first half run to take the lead after falling behind by six points early. The Razorbacks held Auburn without a field goal for more than seven minutes during the run and led 34-27 at halftime.

The game was Arkansas' first to reach double-overtime since a win over Texas A&M in 1987 and first double-overtime game in Fayetteville since a loss to TCU at Barnhill Arena in 1986.
