Bank of the Ozarks to report 4th-quarter, ’12 results

Bank of the Ozarks expects to report fourth-quarter and full-year 2012 earnings at the close of business Wednesday, the Little Rock-based lender has said.
Earnings per share is forecast to be 55 cents for the quarter and $2.17 for the year, according to a Nasdaq survey of nine analysts.
At 10 a.m. Thursday, management plans to hold a conference call to review the reports. The bank said that those interested may listen in by dialing (800) 455-2296 and asking for the Bank of the Ozarks conference call.
A recording of the call will be available for a full week after the call by dialing (888) 203-1112 and entering the code 2734257.
Both the live and recorded versions of the call will be available in the “Investor Relations” section of the company’s website, www.bankozarks.com.
The company has 117 bank locations in Arkansas, Alabama, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina and Texas.
