Four wounded in New Orleans shooting

NEW ORLEANS Gun violence left four people wounded near a New Orleans intersection where the annual Martin Luther King day parade had passed an hour earlier.
New Orleans police responded to the gunfire at about 1 p.m. in the Central City neighborhood.
Police Superintendent Ronal Serpas was among those who responded to the scene. The conditions of the wounded were not immediately available.

Anytime you get ganstas in a big group of people, there is a problem. They see "enemies" and try to settle their score. It happens at Mardi Gras as well.
