Man gets 32 years in Tulsa murder-for-hire

TULSA — A man accused of being behind a murder-for-hire plot that led to the fatal shooting of a Tulsa businessman has been sentenced to 32 1/2 years in prison.
A judge on Tuesday also sentenced convenience store operator Mohammed Aziz to 2 1/2 years of probation.
Prosecutors say 63-year-old Neal Sweeney ran a fuel delivery company that had stopped delivery to Aziz’s stores.
The Tulsa World reported that Aziz paid $11,100 to have Sweeney killed.
Sweeney, a former University of Tulsa football player, was killed in 2008.
Aziz had previously pleaded guilty to solicitation of murder.
Another man has also been convicted in the case.
Alonzo “Jack” Johnson was sentenced to two life terms for being the triggerman.

If AZIZ pleaded guilty of paying $11,100 to have someone murdered, why was he only sentenced to 2 1/2 yrs probation? He is as guilty as the trigger man. I guess it's all in the name. I wonder who the judge was.
