A ramp at a major interchange project in west Little Rock won't close this week after all.
The Arkansas Department of Highways and Transportation said earlier Tuesday that work would shut down the ramp from southbound Interstate 430 to northbound Shackleford Road each night. But the agency a short time later issued a statement that the work had been canceled.
A spokesman said the cold weather prompted the cancellation and that the work would be rescheduled, though no date has been set.

Where on earth did you get that name? The agency's CORRECT name is "Arkansas State Highway and Transportation Department"; though the ADG and many others commonly omit "State" (its own official acronym is AHTD), NO ONE rearranges the name THIS way...
