Report: Gender parity in state lags

A new report shows Arkansas has made progress toward equal treatment of women, but the state must make significant strides to achieve gender parity in areas such as education, pay and leadership, Women’s Foundation of Arkansas Chief Executive Officer Lynnette Watts said Monday.
