Howdy, gardener. Got squash?

For some lucky Arkansas gardeners, the summer of 2013 is churning out a bumper crop as prolific summer squashes — crookneck and straight neck yellow squash, green and yellow zephyr squash, flying-saucer-shaped pattypan squash and zucchini — are popping up in farmers markets and “gift” bags from friends, family and in-laws.
