Neva Kathleen Manor became the bride of Terrance Lee Jenkins Hartley at 6 p.m. Saturday, July 6, at Miramar Beach in Destin, Fla. The Rev. Charles McKinney of Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church in Tavares, Fla., officiated.

The bride is the daughter of DeLois and Brison Manor Jr. of Sherwood. Her grandparents are the late Onie and Phillip Arnold of Gould and the late Katie and Brison Manor of Bridgetown, N.J.

Parents of the groom are Lisa Gail Jenkins-Nichols of Chicago and Valerie and Carl Hartley of Bearden. He is the grandson of the late Ida and Frank Hartley, also of Bearden, and the late Lucille Williams and the late Samuel Jenkins, both of Pine Bluff.

Vows were exchanged under a bamboo arch decorated with arrangements of wedding flowers. Music was by saxophonist and vocalist Michael J. Thomas.

The bride, given in marriage by her father, wore a mermaid-style gown with ruffled layers of organza and tulle. She carried a bouquet of yellow roses and chrysanthemums, dark pink roses and orange and yellow carnations.

The bride’s honor attendants were Krystle A. Talley of North Little Rock and Shameka Bradley of Wynne. Bridesmaids were Jessica Arnold-Turner and Phyllis Arnold, both of Pine Bluff; and LaTeisha Jenkins of Chicago and Shatackawa Hartley and Kinesha Hartley, both of Bearden and sisters of the groom. They wore buttercup yellow chiffon gowns with ruched waistlines and carried smaller versions of the bridal bouquet.

Flower girl and ring bearer were MaKayla Bradley of Wynne and MarKeith Starks Jr. of Gainesville, Fla.

Best man was Jonathan Goins of Pine Bluff. Groomsmen were Brison Manor III of Sherwood, brother of the bride; Dane McGuire of Huntsville, Ala.; Wiley Jenkins of Pine Bluff; Phillip Arnold III and Ulysses Grant, both of Houston; and Christopher Hartley of Bearden, brother of the groom. Guests were seated by Michael Perez of Jacksonville, Fla., and Verdale Gates of Little Rock.

A reception was held in the Grand Ballroom of Embassy Suites Destin at Miramar Beach. Guest tables were centered with white sand, sea shells and candles. Hostess was Paris Starks, assisted by Lauren Gonzalez and Rachel Ruppert, all of Gainesville.

The bride graduated from Arkansas State University at Jonesboro with a bachelor’s degree in business management. She is director of revenue management at Hilton University of Florida Conference Center.

The groom is working toward a bachelor’s degree in engineering from ASU and is a warehouse distribution supervisor.

The couple will make their home in Gainesville after a honeymoon in Orlando, Fla.
