Pocahontas aquatic-center sales tax a revenue lure, backers say

Proponents of two 0.5 percent sales-tax measures in Pocahontas that would fund construction of an aquatic center say passage of the issue would bring needed revenue to the Randolph County town from visitors who would eat and buy gasoline when traveling to the center.
