Nuptial vows were exchanged by Chelsea Taylor Zimmerman and John Christian Kane at 6 p.m. Saturday, June 8, in the gardens of Marsh Landing Country Club, Ponte Vedra Beach, Fla. The Rev. Sandra Hedrick of First Presbyterian Church, Jasper, Fla., officiated.

The bride is the daughter of Rhonda and Brian Zimmerman of Jacksonville, Fla., and the granddaughter of Clarice Mick, also of Jacksonville, and the late Jean and Martin Zimmerman of McDonald, Ohio.

Parents of the groom are Elaine and Steven Raby of Ponte Vedra Beach and Kathy and Mark Kane of Little Rock. He is the grandson of Clement and the late Florence Kordsmeier of Conway; Linda and Dr. Paul Raby of Gatineau, Quebec, Canada; Nancy and David Kane of Paron and the late JudyTiderman Kane.

The altar held a large arrangement of baby’s breath. Lanterns and candles lined the aisle.

Given in marriage by her father, the bride wore an ivory strapless gown with a fitted sweetheart bodice and a beaded sash. She carried a bouquet of hydrangeas and roses.

Matron of honor was the bride’s sister, Jessie Zimmerman Hedrick of Jacksonville. Bridesmaids were Elizabeth Brannock of Charleston, S.C., and Lauren Westwood and Regan Stapleton, both of Orlando, Fla. Junior bridesmaid was Mary-Elizabeth Raby of Ponte Vedra Beach, sister of the groom. They wore blush-colored chiffon gowns and carried bouquets of white hydrangeas.

Addison Kane of Ponte Vedra Beach, served as his brother’s best man. Groomsmen were Paul Raby of Ponte Vedra Beach, brother ofthe groom; Matthew Roebuck of Cooper City, Fla.; Brandon Harrison of Troy, Ala.; and Chris Goodwyn, Jacksonville.

A reception at the country club followed the ceremony. Guest tables covered with ivory cloths were centered with blush rose petals, votive candles and lanterns.

The bride is a cum laude graduate of the University of Central Florida in Orlando with a bachelor’s degree in education, and until the wedding was an elementary teacher at Palmer Catholic Academy in Ponte Vedra Beach.

The groom has a bachelor’s degree in Radio/TV from the university and is a Daybreak co-host and Good Morning Arkansas co-host at KATV, Channel 7.

After a wedding trip to Cancun, Mexico, the couple will live in Arkansas.
