Senators spike veto of 2nd abortion ban

The Arkansas Senate voted Tuesday to override Democratic Gov. Mike Beebe’s veto of a bill to ban most abortions after 12 weeks of gestation. The House of Representatives will vote today on whether to override the veto, the House sponsor of the legislation said.
