Lane closures set on I-40 in Lonoke County

LONOKE — State highway officials say maintenance work on the Arkansas 31 overpass at Interstate 40 in Lonoke County will necessitate lane closures next week.
The project at Exit 175 on I-40 will require the eastbound outside lane of I-40 to be closed Monday and Tuesday. The westbound outside lane will be closed Wednesday and Thursday.
The lane closures will be between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. each day, weather permitting.
Some temporary lane closures will be needed on the overpass. Workers with flags and signs will warn motorists.
