Part of Hinson Road to close later this month

Work on a drainage structure will cause part of Hinson Road to close to through traffic later this month.
According to a Little Rock news release Friday, the closure will occur between Pebble Beach Drive and Dorado Beach Drive from 6 a.m. Monday, March 18, through Sunday, March 24.
City spokesman Meg Matthews said the road would reopen to all traffic at 8 a.m. Monday, March 25.
Detours to Hinson Road will be in place at Dorado Beach Drive along Valley Park Drive and Pebble Beach Drive.
Matthews says while detour signs will be maintained during this time, motorists should seek alternate routes, add time to their travel and expect delays while the road is closed.
