FAYETTEVILLE Arkansas will face Vanderbilt in the second round of the Southeastern Conference Tournament at 6:30 p.m. Thursday at Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Tenn.
The Razorbacks are the No. 7 seed in the tournament following a 73-62 win over Texas A&M on Saturday at Bud Walton Arena. Arkansas finished the season with a 10-8 record in conference play.
Vanderbilt (14-16, 8-10 SEC) beat South Carolina on Saturday for its fourth win in five games. The winner of Thursday's game will play Kentucky at 6:30 p.m. on Friday in the tournament quarterfinals.
The two teams split their regular season series. Arkansas beat the Commodores 56-33 at Bud Walton Arena in January before losing 67-49 at Memorial Gymnasium in February.
