LR Hall beats LR Parkview for girls 6A title

Little Rock Hall Warriors beat the Little Rock Parkview Patriots, 56-45, in a cross-town matchup for the girls 6A state title Saturday night at Barton Coliseum.

The Warriors led most of the way, taking a 17-point lead into the final quarter. Hall's Tyler Scaife was awarded the game's most valuable player.

Hall, the No. 1 seed from the east, beat Little Rock Fair, Sheridan and Mountain Home before beating Parkview in the finals. Parkview defeated Texarkana, Marion and Greenwood on its way to the 6A title game.
