A North Little Rock man is accused of pointing a gun at his ex-girlfriend during an argument late Monday night.
Robert Earl Bush, 38, was arrested shortly before 11 p.m. on a charge of aggravated assault on a family or household member.
North Little Rock officers were dispatched to 5223 Nelbrook Drive after receiving a report of a disturbance with a gun.
According to an arrest report, the victim told investigators that Bush, her ex-boyfriend who lives with her a couple of days of the week, got his gun during an argument and first threatened to shoot out her tires.
The victim said Bush then walked up to her and twice pointed the gun at her head and once at her side, according to the report.
Bush denied pointing the gun at the victim, saying he retrieved it from under his pillow and then set it on the living room table.
Police say a loaded gun clip was found in Bush's pocket.
Bush is being held without bail in the Pulaski County jail pending an initial appearance in North Little Rock District Court.
