TULSA — Closing arguments are planned for Monday in the second-degree murder trial for a 21-year-old Tulsa woman accused of pushing her husband to his death from their 25th floor apartment.

Amber Hilberling testified last week that she pushed her husband in self-defense. Joshua Hilberling died after he fell through the glass window and landed on a parking garage 17 floors below.

Prosecutors allege that Amber Hilberling intentionally shoved her husband because she was angry that he was about to leave her. Defense attorneys say the death was a "tragic accident" and that Amber Hilberling never intended to kill her husband.

A window consultant testified for the defense that the apartment's windows were "unusually thin."

Amber Hilberling faces 10 years to life in prison if convicted of second-degree murder.
