100 YEARS AGO March 19, 1913 FORT SMITH — Stanley Ash, “educated in occult mysteries in Hindoo philosophy in India and Egypt,” has possibly returned to one of those countries for more education, according to the wail of some of his patrons who say they paid dearly for their visits to the “astral dead trance spirit medium” who held forth at 316 North Ninth street for several days.
