6 on death row to justices: Keep execution stays

Attorneys for six men on death row have asked the Arkansas Supreme Court to deny a motion to lift a stay of execution granted in their cases, arguing that a new statute passed by the Legislature does not properly address separation-of-powers violations cited in a 2012 case before the court.
