This is a weekend for gymnastics fans to flip over, according to Thursday’s Arkansas Weekend section.
The vault, the bars and the beam will take over the floor of Verizon Arena as the Southeastern Conference Gymnastics Championship comes to North Little Rock. Skilled flippers, tumblers and vaulters from eight universities (including the University of Arkansas) across the region will compete starting at 2 p.m. Saturday.
Other fun taking place this weekend: the Clinton Presidential Center’s Easter Family Festival and Egg Hunt, the Arkansas Arts Center’s latest exhibit, “Ron Meyers: A Potter’s Menagerie,” and the 2013 Winthrop Rockefeller Institute Film Forum.
